Kiddyland – Part 2
In a previous post, I talked about Kiddyland and some of the remarkable products that we found while we were there. While some of the products were strange and interesting, the majority of the store was just downright cute. If the Japanese do one thing very well, it is definitely the cute that they’ve got down pat.
The store is five stories tall and it was difficult not to walk around the entire time with my mouth slightly agape making the “awwww” sound. And I wasn’t the only one.
For being a toy store, I was amazed at the number of adults, specifically grown women, walking the aisles, stopping to admire the cuteness. If I had only seen the clientele of the shop, without seeing the products inside, I would have never guessed that it was a toy store.
Anyways, without saying anymore about it, I will just share some of the cute photos with you. See if you can resist saying, “awwww,” I doubt you will be able to!
Okay, that last one might not be that cute, but they sure were cool!
Ha, ha! Justin already has R2-Potat2, Darth Tater, and the Spud Trooper! I see some possible additions to his collection!
I think he needs the full set! I mean, really, who doesn’t?!
I totally agree! Must find more spuds.
I would love to see a whole collection of these some day. Actually, I would love to have a whole collection of these someday. Perhaps I will wait until I have children, so I can at least feel like the collection is justified in some way. Right….the potato heads…..yeah, those are the kids’.
